Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-05

Eggoria collects very little: if you join the launch list, we keep your email address, the time you signed up and a country code. We use it only to confirm your signup and to tell you when the adventure opens, and you can leave the list at any time.

1. Who Is Responsible

Eggoria is a learning adventure about Web3 at https://eggoria.site. It is run by Eggoria, based in Vietnam. In this policy, "Eggoria", "we", "us" and "our" mean Eggoria.

We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. If you have a question about it, write to us at support@eggoria.site.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers the public Eggoria website. Today the site is a landing page and a Coming Soon page where you can join a list to hear about the launch. There are no accounts, no wallets and no payments on the site yet.

If we add new features that use personal data in a different way, we will update this policy before those features go live.

3. What We Collect And Why

We only collect personal data when you choose to join the launch list on the Coming Soon page. When you do, we store the following.

  • Your email address, saved in lowercase. We need it to tell you when the adventure opens.
  • The date and time you signed up. We use it to manage the list and to answer questions about your signup.
  • A source label that shows the signup came from the Coming Soon page.
  • A two-letter country code, for example VN. Our hosting provider works this out from your connection. We use it only to understand roughly where interest comes from.

4. Why We Are Allowed To Use It

Where the law requires us to have a legal basis, we rely on your consent. You give it when you submit your email address on the Coming Soon page.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

5. What We Do Not Collect

  • We do not store your IP address in our signup list.
  • We do not set cookies for visitors to the public site.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
  • We do not ask for your name, phone number, wallet address or payment details.
  • We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.

6. Information Stored In Your Browser

When you join the list, your browser keeps one small marker in its local storage. It only says that you have already signed up, so the Coming Soon page can show that to you next time. It is not sent to us and it does not identify you.

You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for eggoria.site.

A session cookie is used only on the private admin page that the site owner uses to manage the list. Visitors to the public site do not receive it.

7. How We Use Your Email Address

We send you one short welcome email when you join, and one email when the Eggoria adventure opens. We use your email address for nothing else. We send these messages through Resend, an email delivery service that works on our behalf.

Every email we send will include a link to unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent or trade the list, and we do not use it for advertising.

8. Who Helps Us Run The Site

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and send our emails. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

  • Vercel hosts the website and processes every request to it. Like most hosting providers, it keeps technical logs that can include IP addresses. Those logs are controlled by Vercel under its own policies.
  • Upstash stores the launch list in a database located in the United States (US East).
  • Resend sends our launch emails and processes your email address to do so. It also keeps its own delivery records under its own policies.
  • Namecheap provides our domain name and the mailbox that receives messages sent to support@eggoria.site.

9. Where Your Data Is Processed

Our providers process data in the United States and may process it in other countries. This means your data may be handled outside the country where you live, where data protection rules may be different.

Where the law requires it, we take steps to protect your data when it is transferred, such as relying on the contract terms our providers offer for international transfers.

10. How Long We Keep It

We keep your signup until we have sent our launch announcement, and then for no more than 12 months after the launch. We delete it sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Technical logs kept by our hosting provider are kept for the periods set by that provider.

11. Your Choices And Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to do the following with your personal data.

  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Object to how we use it, or ask us to limit how we use it.
  • Withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
  • Complain to the data protection authority in your country.

12. How To Use Your Rights

Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or write to support@eggoria.site from the address you signed up with. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address so we know it is really you.

We will answer within the time the law where you live requires.

13. Security

Only the site owner can read the launch list, through a password-protected admin page. We limit how often requests can be sent to the signup form to stop abuse. This check keeps a short-lived count in memory for about one minute and is not saved to our database.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security problem that affects your data, we will act on it and tell you where the law requires.

14. Children

Eggoria is not directed to children. You should only join the launch list if you are at least 16 years old.

If you believe a child under that age has given us their email address, write to support@eggoria.site and we will delete it.

15. Links To Other Services

Our site links to services we do not control, including our Discord community and our X account. Joining them is optional. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, not this one.

16. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy when the site changes or the law changes. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. If a change matters for how we use your email address, we will tell you before it takes effect.
