These terms explain the rules for using the Eggoria website. Eggoria is for learning only, it does not give financial advice, and features that are still planned may change or never launch.
Who We Are
Eggoria is run by Eggoria, based in Vietnam. In these terms, "Eggoria", "we", "us" and "our" mean Eggoria. "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site at https://eggoria.site.
Accepting These Terms
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Please read it as well.
What Eggoria Is
Eggoria is a learning adventure about Web3, with a guide character called Lumi. The adventure is planned around six chapters, and learning starts without a wallet.
Today the site is a landing page and a Coming Soon page where you can join a list to hear about the launch. There are no accounts, wallets, payments or minting on the site yet.
Educational Content Only
Everything on Eggoria is for general learning. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the site is an offer or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset, security or token.
Web3 and digital assets carry real risks. Before you make any decision about them, do your own research and consider speaking to a qualified professional.
Planned Features And The Testnet
We plan to let learners claim a Bird collectible on the ARC testnet, a practice network, using free test USDC. The claim itself is free: test USDC is only used to pay the testnet network fee. This feature is not live yet. Its design, timing and availability may change, and it may not launch at all. We make no promise about it.
If it launches, a wallet will only be needed at the moment you claim. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who asks for them is not us.
Test tokens, test USDC and testnet collectibles have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money through Eggoria, and the testnet or its assets may be reset or removed at any time.
Eggoria does not announce, promise or sell any token, and nothing on the site should be read as a statement about the launch, value or use of any token.
Acceptable Use
Please use the site fairly and lawfully. You agree not to do the following.
- Break any law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
- Submit an email address that is not yours, or sign up other people without their permission.
- Send automated or excessive requests, or try to get around our limits on requests.
- Try to access the admin area, our systems or other people's data without permission.
- Upload or send malicious code, or interfere with how the site works.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the site or its content in ways these terms do not allow.
- Pretend to be Eggoria or use the Eggoria name to mislead people.
Intellectual Property
The Eggoria name, Lumi, the Birds, the Lands, the Mystery Egg and all other artwork, text, characters and design on the site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. They are protected by intellectual property laws.
We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the site and its content for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, modify or publish our content, or use it to train or build other products, without our written permission.
Names and logos of other organizations shown on the site belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those organizations endorse Eggoria.
Third-Party Links And Services
The site links to services run by others, such as our Discord community and our X account. Joining them is optional. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.
No Guarantees And Availability
We provide the site as it is and as available. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, free of errors, or that its content is complete or up to date.
We may change, pause or stop any part of the site at any time.
Limitation Of Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or opportunity, that comes from using or not being able to use the site.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Blocking Abusive Use
We may block or limit access to the site, or remove an email address from our list, if we reasonably believe someone is breaking these terms or putting the site or other people at risk.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms when the site changes or the law changes. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
